Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of trycitalis.com and the Citalis dashboard (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

Citalis measures and helps improve how a business appears in AI assistant answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok). Visibility scores, rankings, and recommendations are estimates based on sampled queries to those AI systems. They describe a snapshot in time, not a guarantee of future results, and AI systems can and do change how they answer without notice.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at hello@trycitalis.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to submit false or misleading business information.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or a third party's rights.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written agreement.

Citalis and its logo are our trademarks. The site design, product, and underlying technology are our property (or licensed to us). Content you submit through the Service (business details, prompts) stays yours. We use it only to provide the Service to you.

Paid plans are billed per the pricing and terms agreed when you sign up, communicated directly rather than published on this site. You can cancel a paid plan per the terms in your specific agreement.

The Service is provided “as is.” We work hard to make visibility scores and diagnostics accurate and useful, but we don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using it will produce any particular business outcome. AI assistant behavior is outside our control.

To the maximum extent the law allows, Citalis isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practical.
